WebHibe SEO Wizard – Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to the WebHibe SEO Wizard ChatGPT plugin and its connected WordPress/MCP service. They supplement any separate agreement or general terms agreed with WebHibe ApS. If a separate written agreement applies to your use of SEO Wizard, that agreement takes precedence to the extent of any conflict.

1. Purpose of the service

SEO Wizard is an SEO and marketing analysis tool. The public ChatGPT plugin provides read-only access to data sources that have been explicitly enabled on the connected WordPress installation. Depending on the configuration, these sources may include Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, Ahrefs and PageSpeed Insights.

2. User accounts and authorization

You must use your own authorized WordPress account and may only access websites, properties, advertising accounts, Merchant accounts, Ahrefs projects and other data that you are entitled to use. You must not share another person’s login, OAuth grant or access credentials.

Access can be limited or revoked by the WordPress administrator at any time. The effective permissions are determined by the authenticated WordPress user, the SEO Wizard access level and the data sources enabled by the administrator.

3. Public plugin is read-only

The public WebHibe SEO Wizard ChatGPT plugin is intended for analysis and reporting. Its public submission profile does not provide tools for changing Google Ads campaign status or budgets, or for changing Merchant Center product data. Write-capable functions may exist in separately controlled private installations, but they are outside the scope of the public read-only plugin.

4. Third-party services

SEO Wizard can retrieve information from third-party services through their authorized APIs. Those services are operated independently and are subject to their own terms, permissions, quotas, availability and data-processing rules. WebHibe does not control the availability or accuracy of third-party APIs.

5. Data and analysis limitations

Search, analytics, advertising, Merchant, ranking and performance data can be delayed, sampled, revised or incomplete. SEO Wizard and ChatGPT responses are analysis aids and should not be treated as a guarantee of search rankings, advertising results, revenue, compliance or future performance. Users remain responsible for decisions made on the basis of the information returned.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use SEO Wizard to access data without authorization, attempt to obtain server credentials or OAuth secrets, bypass access controls, overload the service, interfere with other users, or use the service in violation of applicable law or third-party terms.

7. Security and audit

SEO Wizard is designed so provider credentials and raw OAuth secrets remain server-side. WordPress/MCP connections can be logged for security, troubleshooting and audit purposes. Details about data categories and processing are described in the WebHibe Privacy Policy.

8. Availability and changes

WebHibe may update, limit, suspend or discontinue parts of SEO Wizard when necessary for security, maintenance, API changes, legal requirements or product development. Tool definitions and supported providers may change over time.

9. Disconnecting

You can stop using SEO Wizard and revoke the WordPress/MCP OAuth connection. Administrators can also remove a user’s SEO Wizard access. Provider connections can be revoked separately through the relevant provider or SEO Wizard administration.
